Configuring your account setting will help you update any core information across your RocketLevel assets, such as emails and landing pages.
Business Value: Learn how to configure your RocketLevel account settings
Getting Started
We have created this guide to show you what you can do in your Account Settings.
If a written guide isn’t your preferred format, click here to view this information in a video guide.
As you edit your account settings, be sure to click "Save" on each account tab, if you don’t, the information you add will NOT be saved.
Access Your Account Settings
To access your account settings, you will click the down arrow next to your email.
That will open up a menu where you can select the “Account” option.
Once on “Account,” there are a variety of things that you can configure.
Business Name, Time Zone, Date Format
You can change your business name, your business time zone, and your date format. Note that the time zone and date format will impact the dates that you will see throughout your RocketLevel account.
Business Info
You can also change/edit your business information.
In this example we are using the email support@rocketlevel.com, this is going to be the “From” email of any emails that are sent out through RocketLevel.
Your business phone number, your website URL, and business hours can be seen displayed in certain emails and landing pages.
Business Address
You can also change/update your business address.
Appearance
To modify the appearance of assets in your RocketLevel system you will need to select a primary and secondary color as well and select your business logo. This will update wherever those references are used in your emails or landing pages.
Google Analytics
Under Google Analytics, you can also add a tracking ID. This is for use in case you already have a Google Analytics account that is tracking website activity and you would like to track your RocketLevel landing page activity in the same place.
You can simply enter the tracking ID and it will be applied to all of your existing landing pages.
Phone Numbers
Under the “Phone Numbers” section you can also add a RocketLevel provided SMS (text) number.
To claim a number, please follow our Setting up SMS on Your Account guide.
SMS message hour start time and SMS message hour stop time can be configured to provide a window in which your automated text messages will go out. If you do not want them to go out too early or too late in the day, you can set parameters.
We have added default times for start/stop times, messages will not go out earlier than 8 AM and they will not go out later than 9 PM. You can adjust them by selecting the hours to start/stop.
Connecting to Facebook/Add Facebook Pixel
Under the Facebook tab, you can connect your RocketLevel account to Facebook. When you are running any lead generation ad in Facebook, where you're asking people for their information to submit a form, the Facebook/RocketLevel connection will automatically create a new contact in RocketLevel so that you can send them automated emails and text messages.
When you input a Facebook pixel ID this will also apply to your landing pages so that if you're running something like a Facebook retargeting ad, whenever somebody bounces off of the landing page and on Facebook, you'll be able to target them for those ads.
For your convenience RocketLevel articles and walkthroughs like this are available 24/7 at help.rocketlevel.com.
