Getting Started
We have created this guide to show you how you can create an Email from the email templates in your RocketLevel account.

To create an email from a template, go to Channels under the main navigation, and click Emails.
Once there, click the green “+Add Email Layout” button towards the upper right corner. There are a couple of things that we can do at this point. We can create an email from a template or create one from scratch.
For this guide, we will create one from a template. Once you click the blue Create Now button, you’ll see previews of emails in a basic block format. For this example, find the Generic Email template and click Confirm. This template is great because it contains a lot of really useful blocks, and it’s a really good starting point for a lot of emails.
From there, you will see the email’s information, such as the name of the email template, the description of the email, as well as the subject line that your contacts will see. They will not see the email name or the email description.
Now, when you click Preview, you’ll see the email is going to have a basic structure. At that point, you'll be able to edit a variety of things about this email, including the individual blocks that you see.
