Email Hosting
As part of our legacy program, RocketLevel may be hosting your emails. If you’re unsure if we host your emails, please contact our Customer Success Team at support@rocketlevel.com.
Checking your Email
If you are trying to access your email, you can do so by following the steps below:
- Open your web browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.)
- Visit https://radiusccc.radiusccc.com:2096
- Once the page has loaded, bookmark the login page for future access to your emails
- Enter your email address and password to log in to your inbox
Note: Do not bookmark the page once you have logged in as you will have future security issues.
Trouble Accessing Email
IP Block
If you are experiencing issues logging in to your RocketLevel hosted emails, follow these steps:
- Open your web browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.)
- Visit https://www.whatsmyip.org/ and copy the IP address at the top of the screen. This will be a series of numbers separated by periods (ex. 12.345.67.89)
- Contact our Customer Success Team and let us know you’re having issues accessing your emails and provide us with the IP number you found.
- Once we have unblocked your IP address, go to the email web portal. You should now be able to log in with no issues.
Third-Party Issues
If you’ve configured your email with a third-party provider such as Outlook or Thunderbird and you’re experiencing issues, these could be the reasons why:
- Your version of the third-party program is out of date.
- Your configurations are not properly set.
1. If the version of your third-party provider is outdated, please visit their website and make sure you have the newest version available.
2. If your version of the program is updated and you’re still unable to view your emails, your configuration may not be set properly.
Check your configurations to make sure that your server settings match the server settings below:
- Incoming Server: radiusccc.radiusccc.com
- Incoming Port: 993
- Outgoing Server: radiusccc.radiusccc.com
- Outgoing Port: 465
